MSIDIFF dump of America's Army.msi (zipped)
I used MSIDIFF to decompile "America's Army.msi" and "accessor.cab" is only
mentioned in the .msi file one time. There is a row in the media table with
these values:
DiskId="22"
LastSequence="0"
DiskPrompt=""
Cabinet="accessor.cab"
VolumeLabel=""
Source=""
The problem lies within the way wine is installing things currently. It reads
every file from the file table in MSI and then queries the Media table to ready
the media it installs from, order by LastSequence. It should read from the Media
table first and ready the media with the sort order by DiskId and then try to
install the files in order by sequence from the file table. LastSequence of 0 as
in the case of Americas Army is currently faking the installer into thinking
accessor.cab is the first entry on the media table. In reality it falls in
DiskId 22. It should be skipped as if read by order of DiskId It would check to
see if LastSequence of 0 in disk 22 was greater than the LastSequence of DiskId
21, which it is not. This is what is for sure what is causing these cabinet errors.

Debug output on it's own is not a problem. What is the problem you're seeing
with the application? Does it crash or misbehave?

I meant to add:
This seems, at least for me, to prevent the Lotus Notes window from disappearing.
On the other hand, using just one Desktop and multiple Pages and clicking in the
FvwmPager also does the same thing. But because of my odd setup with KDE panel
(kicker) and FvwmPager, I put Notes on an entirely different desktop for my own
convenience. Also, clicking on the Lotus Notes taskbar button in KDE panel also
seems to work ok, it doesn't hide Notes when I switch to it or from it by
clicking another application's button in the taskbar.
Ultimately though, sounds like a Wine bug since this didn't exist before.

A possible workaround for this with FVWM, although I haven't extensively tested it:
Use multiple Desktops, each with multiple Pages. Put Lotus Notes on a page in a
desktop, and leave it there. Use the other desktop (and all its pages) for all
your normal work, and switch over to the other desktop when you need to access
Lotus Notes, by clicking in the FvwmPager module. Or if you're like me and have
the KDE panel (kicker) running, you can have KDE's desktop viewer there which
shows desktops only (no pages), and click in that.

Dear Tom,
after several hours of analysing, I have found a source of problem.
please edit
wine/dlls/opengl32/Makefile
and add
-L GLU
to EXTRALIBS. After this modiffication wine got compiled. libGL do NOT contain
gluTessVertex. Even when I upgraded OpenGL, the problem persists. May be, that
peoples have some libGL that is merged with libGLU, but when I compiled Mesa by
standard way, it generates libGL and libGLU.
Please do something to prevent anybody else to fall into this.
