I attached the Error Report for you further investigation. Note that I am using the latest software versions for PlayOnMac, Wine and X11. Many thanks!! I can run the demo, I can set 1920x1080 resolution and the game looks very promising, graphics (loading screen). But it seems to hang when you try to load game.
